If you have ever had the opportunity to visit the LAPD Mounted Barn you would've seen one of our main attractions, the LAPD Paddy Wagon.  This wagon was built in the early 1900s and has sat on the property since 2001.  Not only has every visitor been able to see but every person who passes by on the street is also privy to view it because of it's location.  While we try our best to maintain it the best we can, it's age and environmental factors have started to take it's toll.  The wagon is made primarily of wood with a protective leather coating.  The wood is starting to rot all throughout the wagon all the way down to the wheels.  We are now having to add supports and keep anyone from experiencing what it was like to sit in an old fashioned paddy wagon.
